sample packet orders If you decide to purchase your programs from us we apply your sample purchase price to your order.How to order?Visit our Facebook Page and Select the Shop Now tab:1. select the program sample packet (or additional individual program sample) and/or menu sample you would like to purchase2. add to shopping cart3. select your paper choices from our website's paper page. you can select up to 5 samples as part of your sample program or menu packet (individual program samples do not include paper samples)4. add this info in the checkout section of your order 5. checkoutshipping all sample packets are shipped withn 24 business hours of payment. U.S. we offer free shipping, via U.S. First Class mail for U.S. addresses (usually 2-4 days). If you need faster ship time select the type of shipping upon checkout otherwise do not add shipping and handling cost to your order.INTERNATIONAL There is an additional flat fee of $12.95USD. All packets are sent Priority Mail® International Flat-Rate Envelope. program/menu ordersHow to order:After deciding on a program style choose your paper selection, complete our Information Form sent with your emailed quote and return it to us by fax, mail or email. We then prepare a no obligation quote based on your information submitted. Your quote will include your shipping. U.S. address Program/Menu order shipping charges are based on Fedex 2 day Residential Rates unless specified otherwise. International Shipping is determined on a per order basis, we ship either Fedex or UPS International.Submit your deposit of 50% as indicated on your quote. We will then send you a sample "mock-up" program using your selected papers and program style. Mock-up programs are without text. Your designer will then contact you to discuss your program design, including ribbon selections and begin designing. We understand that you may not have all of your information when we begin, this is fine. We begin our designing with the format of your program and can add additional information or make any changes at any time before final print begins.When all design work is complete, we will send you a final proof of the complete program which includes all text and graphics. We understand attendance counts can change, it is at this time you can increase or decrease your order. We require that you give final approval by email. We do not begin final printing until we receive your final approval. Upon final approval your balance will be due in full Your balance must be paid in full before we ship your programs to you. in a hurry? place a rush order(available for U.S. addresses only)We recommend you begin designing your program a minimum of 8 weeks prior to your ceremony, but if you are in a hurry rush orders are available (available for U.S. addresses only).Orders received less than 12 business days before your ceremony date are payable in full and include an additional rush fee of $75.00. Orders placed with less than 7 business days before your ceremony date incur a $100.00 rush fee and payment is required in full.For further information, email us at designer_customweddingprograms.com.font choicesyou will receive a list of fonts (we have over 30 to choose from) and if you want to match your program to a font we don't have, no problem we have lots of others which will probably match perfectly!ribbon selectionswe do not send ribbon selections with our sample packets. your designer will work with you to match ribbon colors with your programs. feel free to send color samples to us to match for your ribbon selections. Our standard ribbon selections are either organza or double sided silk. The largest standard witdth is 7/8". There may be additional charges for wider ribbons.
